Although McCain has made little mention of his bouts with melanoma, the media is covering it closely today. It is all part of the test as to whether he is fit for Commander in Chief. He had noticeably aggressive surgery of his face and a Sentinel Node Biopsy which turned out negative. He's been staged at 2A. But four melanomas caught early would certainly warrant a little message from the candidate about early detection and how it has saved his life. That would be a newsworthy event.
